How it happened

A gym, a nickname,
and a very long game

Paul and Nancy met at F45 in London, where Nancy's curiosity was first sparked by a man everyone seemed to know as "The Hammer". Who was this guy?

Little did Nancy know, Paul had had his eye on her for months. When he finally got the chance to talk to her, the rest, as they say, is history.

What started at F45 soon became something much bigger. A Northern English girl and a German man found each other in London and, over the years, built a life and a home together in the city they both love.

So, after all the places we've been and all the adventures we've shared, it felt only right that we tie the knot in the city where it all began — and where we've built our life together.

We'd be absolutely delighted to celebrate surrounded by all the people we love, and, of course, have one hell of a party along the way.

And now, it's only fitting
that they become The Hammers.

Kindred, Bradmore House is a characterful West London townhouse just moments from Hammersmith — in the very neighbourhood where our story first unfolded.

Ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen under one roof, so once you arrive, that's it — no taxis, no second venue, just everyone we love in one room for the whole day.

Questions

Things you're
probably wondering

How do we RSVP?

Use the RSVP button on this page — it takes about two minutes. Tell us which days you are in London, any dietary needs, and the one song that will get you on the dance floor. You can come back and change your answer later if plans shift.

Is it all in one place?

Yes. Ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen at Kindred, Bradmore House. Arrive once, stay put.

Where should we stay?

Scroll up to Get yourself a bed — options across every budget, all close by.

What's London like in March?

Somewhere between 5°C and 13°C, and it could go either way on the rain. Coat, and shoes you don't mind on a wet pavement.

Can we drive and park?

We'd really recommend not. Hammersmith parking is grim and the Tube is excellent.

Is it adults only?

It is a grown-up evening, so parents can let their hair down too — with one happy exception: babes in arms are very welcome. There is a question about this on the RSVP form.

What about gifts?

Honestly, just come. If you'd like to give something, we'll share details nearer the time.
